He met me at a coffee shop and we discussed what the best workable steps were to help me to be able to qualify for a mortgage after the divorce was final, since I had no income history in 13 years. I knew he was the right person to be able to help me navigate my divorce settlement and walk me through every step of the way to buy a home.
